Ally Sarah
Clinical Psychologist (she/her)
Director of Congruence Psychology and Founder of Homebase Therapy CollectiveAfter working in private practice for many years, Ally embarked on the solo private practice journey and opened Congruence Psychology. Since then, she has been driven to create a space that helps reduce the barriers for other psychologists and allied health practitioners to go into solo private practice, too.
Therapeutically, Allyโs highest priority is meeting each client exactly where they currently are with genuine care and empathy, and helping guide them to understand the path they want to embark on together.
Ally works with adults, predominantly utilising Schema Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and attachment-based frameworks to help clients better understand themselves and meet their goals for a more values-congruent life. She has a special interest in helping clients experiencing anxiety, perfectionism, burnout, relationship or attachment difficulties, and neurodivergence.

Emily Hahn
Dietitian & Eating Disorder Clinician (she/her)
Director of Alitus Health Nutrition TherapyEmilyโs work as a dietitian is a celebration of bodies. She aims to hold, with deep gratitude and awe, the wisdom our bodies have to offer.
Emily believes that meeting with your dietitian should feel like therapy; a space to gently unpack and better understand your body, its symptoms, and how your current relationship with food influences these, so that you can begin to move through the world with greater peace, joy, and power.
Emily wants to be there to compassionately meet you wherever you currently are in your relationship with food and body, to journey together in the direction of your choosing, at a pace that honours your unique needs, strengths, preferences, and values.

Nicole Dorrington
Child and Youth Psychologist (she/her)
Director of Psych In MindWith over 16 years of experience in child and adolescent mental health, Nicole is passionate about supporting children, youth, and families. With a focus in childhood anxiety, depression, trauma, attachment issues, emotional regulation, and family therapy.
Nicole's welcoming and playful therapeutic space focuses on building strong relationships and providing holistic support for optimal outcomes. Nicole enjoys supporting clients 0 to 25 years, with a special interest and skill set for early childhood intervention, children aged 0 -14 years. She takes care to make the therapeutic space welcoming and playful and hold relationship at the centre of her collaborative approach with clients.
Nicole practices from a child and centred approach, as such she strongly recommends parent support sessions when working with young children and teens to reach optimal outcomes.

Megan Higgo
Psychologist (she/her)
Director of Embrace Psychology PracticeMegan is passionate about supporting adolescents (16+) and adults on their journey to embrace their authentic selves.
Therapy can feel daunting, which is why Megan strives to create a comfortable and safe environment. Compassion and respect form the foundation of her approach, fostering a trusting therapeutic relationship. She is known for my authentic, creative, warm, and bubbly demeanor, embracing the messiness that comes with being human.
Megan aims to help build insight, understanding and strategies to empower clients towards meaningful change.

Jessica Lim
Mental Health Occupational Therapist (she/her)
Director of Well Wise OTJess is a Mental Health Occupational Therapist (OT) and Yoga Teacher who uses an empathic, collaborative and strengths-based approach. She aims to inspire confidence and clarity in clients in order to live a full and purposeful life. Jess views wellness through a holistic lens and with an emphasis on balance of mind, body, and spirit.
Jess has specialised her OT skills and experience in mental health, neurodivergent, & neurological conditions whilst working across diverse populations and areas (metropolitan, regional, and rural) and public, private, not-for-profit sectors.

Catalina Paulsen
Psychotherapist (she/her)
Director of Ayun TherapyCatalina offers therapy to adults, families and couples with a wide range of mental health, relational, emotional and life struggles using a person-centred and trauma informed approach. She has over 10 years experience working both in Chile and Australia, mostly in the recovery space with people who have experienced gender based violence and abuse.
Catalina brings a warm and friendly presence to sessions, and prides herself in building safety and trust with every person she connects with. As a migrant woman herself, Catalina also understands the challenges and can support other migrant people with their journey of building a life in a new country, and can offer therapy both in English and Spanish.

Sarah Brock
Mental Health Social Worker (she/her)
Director of Confident HorizonsHaving worked in specialist child development and mental health services for over 10 years, Sarah brings a wealth of experience to holistically support the mental health and wellbeing of children, young people, and families.
Sarah has completed additional training in a range of evidence-based treatment modalities including Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and provides an integrated approach to meeting the needs of her clients.
A mother of two, lover of nature, and adorer of animals, you will find Sarah to be a calming and kind practitioner who connects with her clients and provides quality person-centred care.

Jake Mulready
Psychologist (he/him)
Director of Jake Mulready PsychologyJake is an empathic psychologist with a deep passion for empowering others through therapy. His therapy prioritises building a warm, secure relationship with you to foster true safeness and understanding. This serves as the foundation to explore your psychology, build insight into yourself, and unravel the patterns you may find yourself in. As you come to understand and process the hidden patterns of your mind and behaviour, you can be empowered to act on the parts of you that seek fulfilment.
Jake has years of experience in both organisational and private roles delivering individual therapy. Jakes frequently works with depression, anxiety, attachment & relationship difficulties, grief, body image concerns, and complex trauma.
Jake has trained in multiple therapeutic frameworks to address these concerns (CBT, ACT, Schema Therapy, compassion-focussed interventions, and psychodynamic principles). His approach is integrated and person-centred, fostering a safe and empathic relationship to enable meaningful change.

Josh Kelly

Director of Stasis PsychologyThroughout his career, Josh has worked with clients across the lifespan, from children and adolescents to adults, helping them navigate a wide range of emotional and psychological challenges. His therapeutic style is characterised by warmth and authenticity, creating a safe, supportive environment where clients feel comfortable exploring their thoughts and feelings. Understanding that therapy can be a new and sometimes intimidating experience, Josh takes a client-led approach, allowing the process to unfold at a pace that feels right for each individual.
Passionate about fostering self-awareness and emotional understanding, Josh is committed to helping clients of all ages develop a deeper understanding of their emotional experiences. His academic background includes a thesis project on empathy, exploring how this critical element of the human experience can be measured and nurtured. Phillipa Joy
Psychotherapist (she/her)
Director of JOY Therapy PracticePhillipa's therapeutic style is characterised by her compassionate and heartfelt presence. Offering an integrative and trauma-responsive approach she supports her clients to enter a sanctuary at Homebase where their own, embodied wisdom and healing can emerge. Through a weave of practices including somatic contemplations, narrative therapies and creative processes, Phillipa will work with you to bring gentle awareness to areas of life that need care, attention, and re-negotiation.
Having spent nearly two decades across not-for-profit, community organisation and now private practice contexts responding to complex trauma, she is a seasoned therapist who has demonstrated a deep commitment to listening, learning with, and responding to those of us who know suffering. This experience equips her now to be a steady companion for those of us who have experienced relational abuse, emotional shocks, neglect, abandonments and betrayals.
As a Clinical Member of the Psychotherapy & Counselling Federation of Australia, Phillipa brings extensive academic training to her practice, including a Master of Psychotherapy & Counselling, Master of Narrative Therapy & Community Work, and specialized post-graduate study in Childhood Learning & Development. Her background in Peace and Conflict Studies and Community Development further enriches her understanding of complex human experiences.
